Photo Release Policy

1. Purpose

Stage 1 Design, LLC values the creativity, individuality, and privacy of every participant.

Photographs and videos may be taken during classes, workshops, special events, and other studio experiences to document creative activities and share the Stage 1 Design community.

This policy explains how photographs and videos may be collected, used, and shared.

2. Photography and Video Authorization

Stage 1 Design requires appropriate authorization before using identifiable photographs or videos of minor participants for promotional purposes.

Parents or legal guardians may grant or decline permission through the Stage 1 Design Photo & Video Authorization Form (F-003).

Providing promotional photography or video consent is voluntary and is not required for participation in Stage 1 Design programs.

3. Permitted Uses

When appropriate authorization has been obtained, photographs or videos may be used for:

Stage 1 Design’s official website.
Social media and digital communications.
Brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
Program highlights and community engagement.
Approved advertising and marketing campaigns.

Stage 1 Design will use participant images in a respectful and appropriate manner consistent with the authorization provided.

4. Protecting Children’s Privacy

Stage 1 Design is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of children participating in its programs.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid publicly sharing sensitive participant information, including personal contact information, home addresses, medical details, and other confidential records.

Photography and video permissions will be reviewed as part of the applicable registration or event participation process.

5. Declining or Withdrawing Consent

Parents and legal guardians may decline promotional photography and video authorization without affecting their child’s participation.

Consent for future promotional uses may be withdrawn by contacting Stage 1 Design at info@enterstage1.com.

Stage 1 Design will make reasonable efforts to discontinue future use of identifiable images following a verified withdrawal request and address existing materials under its applicable consent terms and legal obligations.

Previously distributed printed materials or third-party reposts may not be fully retrievable.

6. Adult Participants and Public Events

Stage 1 Design may request photography or video authorization from adult participants when identifiable images will be used for promotional purposes.

Public or community events may include designated photography or recording activities. Stage 1 Design will communicate applicable photography practices and obtain consent where required.
